Arishad Varga Program

About the Program

The Arishadvarga Program is a structured spiritual learning journey that helps individuals understand and overcome the six inner obstacles that influence human behaviour and emotional well-being. In Bharatiya spiritual wisdom, these six tendencies—Kama (desire), Krodha (anger), Lobha (greed), Moha (delusion), Mada (pride), and Matsarya (jealousy)—are known as the Arishad Vargas, the internal forces that often disturb inner peace, relationships, and clarity of thought.

This program helps participants recognize how these tendencies silently shape our reactions, emotions, decisions, and even the course of our lives. Through guided teachings, reflection, chanting, meditation, and practical exercises, participants learn to observe these patterns and develop the ability to respond with awareness rather than impulse.

The course is delivered through three in-depth interactive sessions, each followed by a 42-day sadhana practice period that allows participants to integrate the teachings into daily life. The sessions focus on pairs of inner tendencies—

  • Session 1: Kama (Desire) & Krodha (Anger)
  • Session 2: Lobha (Greed) & Mada (Pride)
  • Session 3: Moha (Delusion) & Matsarya (Jealousy)

Through this structured approach, participants cultivate emotional clarity, improved relationships, balanced decision-making, and greater inner stability. The program offers practical tools to help individuals pause before reacting, regulate emotions, communicate more harmoniously, and live with greater awareness.

Ultimately, the Arishadvarga Program supports seekers in gaining mastery over their inner world, helping them experience a more peaceful, balanced, and fulfilling life.
