Amavasya Meditation is a special monthly meditation conducted on the night of Amavasya (New Moon), a time traditionally regarded as highly supportive for inner transformation and spiritual practices. On this night, the mind naturally becomes more inward and receptive, making it an ideal opportunity for seekers to deepen their meditation and experience greater stillness, clarity, and inner balance.
This guided group meditation helps participants release mental and emotional clutter, rejuvenate their energies, and reconnect with their inner self. Practicing meditation collectively during Amavasya also amplifies the power of group consciousness, creating a deeply peaceful and uplifting experience for all participants.
